Affirming a variety of perspectives in a space of positivity and unity is a critical tenant of inclusive leadership. This webinar offers an introduction to Inclusive Leadership, the how, the what, and the why.

Inclusive leadership is not a short-term fix. Rather, it is a long-term process where we commit to change our mindset and our actions and be accountable to ourselves and those whom we engage with. There are certain tools that can aide us in our ability to grow as Inclusive Leaders. In this workshop you will be introduced to these tools and explore related concepts. We will then engage in constructive and active conversation about Inclusive Leadership. You will leave with a broadened understanding of Inclusive Leadership, why it is important and how to enact its tenets in your leadership practice.
