The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) full time staff and Faculty Fellows play an integral role in enhancing and moving the strategic mission of Kennesaw State University forward. CETL is seeking passionate individuals with a strong commitment to the area of focus for each open position and fellowship.

Full Time Positions

CETL is excited to announce the creation of three (3) new full-time staff positions.     Lead for Educational Development Scholarship and Evaluation

    Come join CETL to advance key priorities related to faculty success in scholarship and educational research by working in a dynamic and motivated team of educational development professionals. Here you will envision and implement efforts toward the development/ facilitation of a comprehensive faculty professional development program related to scholarship/ educational research. As the principal research scientist at CETL, you will perform independent research on educational development for the purpose of peer-reviewed publications to advance CETL and KSU's reputation and impact nationally and internationally.

    Senior Teaching and Learning Consultant

    Come join CETL to shape the Center's approach to advancing key institutional priorities related to faculty and student success by taking a leadership role in a dynamic and motivated team of educational development professionals. Here you will envision and lead efforts toward the development and facilitation of a comprehensive faculty professional development program related to teaching and learning practices and community. As the learning sciences subject matter expert in how to apply theory and put it into practice, you will consult with faculty to transform teaching and learning practices.

    Teaching and Learning Consultant

    Come join CETL to advance key institutional priorities related to faculty and student success by taking a leadership role in a dynamic and motivated team of educational development professionals. Here you will implement efforts toward the development and facilitation of a comprehensive faculty professional development program related to teaching and learning. As a learning sciences subject matter expert in how to apply theory and put it into practice, you will consult with faculty to transform teaching and learning practices with limited oversight from managers. 

CETL Faculty Fellows

Any full time (not limited-term) faculty member with at least three full years of experience at KSU is eligible.  At this time, we have two active searches for CETL Faculty Fellows.

    CETL and OVPR Faculty Fellow for Professional Development in Research

    Come join CETL, in collaboration with Research Development and Strategic Initiatives (RDSI) in the Office of Research, to advance key institutional priorities related to faculty development and research opportunities. Here you will implement professional development programs and prepare compelling grant proposals that contain an educational program focus.
