Wednesday, February 10th, 2021 | 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Event Type: Webinar
Facilitators: Michele DiPietro & Heather Scott, Coordinator of the Leadership Studies Minor and Associate Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies

Change has truly been the only constant at KSU for many years. As we lead the change and through the change, it is crucial that we practice Inclusive Change Leadership, affirming a variety of perspectives in a space of positivity and unity. This webinar provides an opportunity to learn more about Inclusive Change Leadership, the how, the what, and the why.

Inclusive Change Leadership is not about silver bullets. Rather, it is a long-term process where we commit to change our mindset and our actions, and be accountable. Nevertheless, there are certain tools that will aide in our ability to actively engage in Inclusive Change Leadership. In this workshop, we will briefly introduce related leadership theories (Adaptive Leadership, Multicultural Organizational Development model). We will then engage in constructive and active conversation about Inclusive Change Leadership. You will leave with a broadened understanding of Inclusive Change Leadership, why it is important and how to enact its tenets in your leadership practice.
