The most successful award narratives illustrate for readers both the candidate’s accomplishments and the quality and significance of those achievements in light of award criteria. Undergraduate research is a high-impact educational practice that leads to deep，meaningful learning for students (Kuh，2008). This workshop will focus on how faculty can engage students by mentoring them to be undergraduate researchers，how to work with teams of researchers，and how to embed meaningful undergraduate research experiences into your courses so that they can be counted as part of the It's About Engagement initiative. Following years of field-tested strategies by Wendy Laura Belcher in her book，Writing Your Journal Article in Twelve Weeks: A Guide to Academic Publishing Success，the group will be supported by writing and revision activities and regular check-ins collaboration with group members to promote motivation while writing at home. This year may be even more challenging in this regard than in previous years，yet it remains the responsibility of our leadership and supervisors to deliver clear feedback for positive performance as well as areas of opportunities for achieving results.
