In this interactive webinar, we will examine several ways to visually represent our teaching journeys to enhance critical reflection for ourselves and our current or future students. Drawing from the visual representations in “On the road to becoming a professor” (Nyquist, J. D. 1999), we will employ a range of visual representations to create and annotate our teaching and learning maps. Finally, we will share and discuss these maps with our colleagues to explore and examine our teacher identities so our critical friends can “help us notice things we’ve missed” and suggest possibilities for growth (Brookfield, S. D. 2017, p. 116).
