Have you ever wondered what you should or should not put in an Annual Review Document (ARD) for your faculty? Setting expectations is necessary to ensuring a clear pathway for success. It is the responsibility of our leadership and supervisors to deliver clear feedback for positive performance as well as areas of opportunities for achieving results. It is the purpose of this workshop to discuss ways to tactfully communicate well-defined performance measures through the ARD process.
