Often, leading means being accountable for a final outcome without being in control of large pieces of the process. Daring to navigate this space can be challenging but rewarding. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the research on the power of vulnerability in leadership, share experiences, and identify techniques and strategies to thrive in this space.
