Chairs & Directors Mutual Mentoring Group Kick-off

The Chairs and Directors Mutual Mentoring Group, MMG, provides an opportunity for chairs and directors to build community with like-minded peers and support each other while achieving goals as defined by the group. Members will meet monthly on each campus, at regularly occuring times, to be set by the group.

MMGs can be structured as accountability groups which provide regular check-in times to discuss progress made toward goals, as learning communities which explore ideas, resources and research on themes determined by the group, or as combination of these. Members will have access to supporting CETL Chairs and Directors Mutual Menoring Group D2L content, including literature shared within the community as well as some selected by KSU subject-matter experts, along with co-constructed reflection and discussion prompts.

Kandice Porter and Kevin McFall will serve as a lead mentors for this group on the Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses, respectively.
