Setting expectations is necessary to ensuring a clear pathway for success. This year may be even more challenging in this regard than in previous years, yet it remains the responsibility of our leadership and supervisors to deliver clear feedback for positive performance as well as areas of opportunities for achieving results.

The purpose of this webinar is to discuss ways to tactfully communicate well-defined performance measures through the this year's annual review process. It will also provide a brief overview of that process and relevant policies, with lessons learned from past experiences.
