The Flourishing after Tenure Mutual Mentoring Group is for faculty who have been recently tenured and promoted to the rank of associate professor. This group will build community and support each other as they seek to recalibrate and flourish after tenure. Members will meet monthly for 1 hour to discuss opportunities, challenges, and strategies for recalibrating after advancing in rank.
