The Midwest Law Journal (hereinafter MLJ) is an official publication of the Midwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business. The MLJ was started in 1981 as the Midwest Law Review and was renamed MLJ in 2006. Manuscripts undergo a blind referee selection process; the current rate of acceptance is approximately less than 20%. The mission of the MLJ is to publish articles of general interest to teachers of business law, the legal environment, and related fields of law.
