THE Journal is dedicated to informing and educating K-12 senior-level district and school administrators, technologists, and tech-savvy educators within districts, schools, and classrooms to improve and advance the learning process through the use of technology. Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE) stimulates and improves the preparation of those who will work with children with disabilities. It offers research on exceptionality and the teaching of exceptional children, as well as the critical issues shaping the future of teacher education. Beginning as the California Journal of Teacher Education in 1972, Teacher Education Quarterly (the title since 1983) is a peer-reviewed (double blind) journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and research by teacher education researchers and practitioners. Teaching & Learning in Higher Ed. Good teachers are those who care about their students and want to grow more effective at helping them learn. The immediate purpose of Teaching & Learning in Higher Ed. is to support good teachers in their journey toward more effective teaching.
