Creating a quality learning environment helps faculty engage meaningfully with students. It also helps build and sustain a GPS mindset (growth, purpose, and social belonging) for students. The process of setting up a quality learning environment involves using a set of well-defined principles and practices. In this workshop we will explore how the principles and practices operating in a quality learning environment support the GPS mindset and can empower students toward unprecedented success.
