Things to bring:
Pen/pencil, hardback journal, and yoga mat. There will be a few extra mats for those who may need.
Additionally, you may bring a cushion, blanket, wrap, and/or Zafu. These things are not required but may help you be more comfortable during some of the activities (e.g., breath relaxation).
Technology:
To create an environment centered on openness, connection, and healing, we invite you to surrender your cellphones (they will be returned at the end of the retreat). If you choose to keep your cellphone, putting it in airplane mode will help maintain the introspective environment. Please do not bring any other technology to the retreat (e.g., laptops, iPads). Notetaking will be old-school via pen and paper.
