Sharing bios, goals for the day, and tea. Bring your favorite tea to the opening session and be prepared to discuss a point of interest (fact or story) about your tea.

11:45 a.m.    Music: Listening Party. Small Group Discussions.

Explore useful messages in music choices.

12:15 p.m.    Lunch Break

Give thanks: Incorporate personal and spiritual reflection into lunch break. 

1:00 p.m.     Introduction to Black Women’s Yoga History & Resources for Practice

1:30 p.m.     Restorative Yoga Practice

Off-camera guided gentle yoga class.

2:00 p.m.     Thirty Minute Exercise Break

Move for 30 minutes. Weather permitting, go outside.

2:45 p.m.      Large Group, Closing Discussion

Plans to Apply #HistoricalWellness to Improve Health.
