An essential component of many courses is having students discuss sensitive, controversial, or emotional topics. This workshop is designed to help instructors facilitate difficult conversations in online environments by discussing research-based strategies and the technological tools to implement them. Several examples will be provided, along with specific suggestions to meet session participant contexts.
