Research shows cultivating mindfulness and self-care improves resilience and awareness (Barbezat & Pingree, 2014). This interactive webinar introduces several mindful approaches to self-care for instructors and their students, including meditation and walking meditations, contemplative practices, and reflection. Participants will practice strategies for self-care and identify activities and approaches they can share with their students. Multiple resources will be provided for further exploration.
