Faculty Success Coaching

What is coaching?

Coaching allows individuals to explore goals, priorities, and opportunities to flourish in their professional lives. Faculty Success coaching topics might include clarifying professional goals, identifying values and strengths, exploring productivity, processing challenges, strategizing positive well-being approaches, and developing leadership or other professional skills.

Coaching is different than consultations, mentoring, and therapy. A coach does not give advice, help process trauma, or instruct an individual to complete certain tasks, but they may share resources when appropriate.
