Effective leadership requires intentional communication that is strategic and authentic. Balancing the two in a manner that draws the best out of the intended audience can prove challenging. In this workshop, Justin Pettigrew, KSU Assistant Professor of Public Relations and former long-time communications executive, will provide an overview of the theory and best practices of strategic, yet authentic communication for academic leaders.
