Learning from Fall to Thrive in Spring

Now that the spring semester is well under way and many of us have drafted or submitted our annual review documents and faculty performance agreements, lets take time to pause and reflect on the lesssons we learned from the recent past in order to plan for thriving in the spring. The session will provide a brief overview of the literature on the importance of reflective practice for faculty flourishing. Participants will then be lead through guided reflection about our work, our community, and our well-being. The session will conclude with time devoted to guided strategic planning for the spring.
