A 2018 Gallup poll found that 53% of workers were "not engaged" in work. This means, "they may be generally satisfied but are not cognitively and emotionally connected to their work and workplace." What would it look like to borrow ideas from design thinking to actively design a work life that leads to thriving and flourishing? Join us for a book chat where we will engage with strategies from Bill Burnett and David Evans book, Designing Your Work Life: How to Thrive and Change and Find Happiness at Work, to reimagine what work might look like for you in 2021.
The first 20 faculty to register will receive a copy of Burnett and Evan's Designing Your Work Life book.
Registration for this event has closed. If you would still like to attend, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
