The CETL Emerging Leaders program is open to faculty, chairs, directors, and deans. It includes a series of workshops on the knowledge, skills and behaviors of effective leaders, facilitated by internal and external experts.
The philosophy behind the design of this series is that there are opportunities to lead in any position and that effective leadership is important at all levels of the organization. The intent is to provide leadership development opportunities for all faculty, from aspiring to experienced leaders. Whether you are looking to hone your advanced skills or are simply entertaining the idea of becoming a campus leader, these workshops are for you.
