Adapting to the myriad of changes in the higher education landscape can present unique opportunities for faculty to lean into new pathways in their careers. Specifically, faculty may express interest in retooling their career from being focused at the department level and professional societies to pathways at the college level or even institution-wide. However the way forward may require revisioning their skillset and overall trajectory in order to rise to the next level in their careers (Christopher, 2022). This online panel discussion will provide participants with an opportunity to hear from members of the KSU community with storied careers to understand their professional journeys and how they have been able to adapt their skills to serve the university.
